Walmart in China!

We decided to get out in another direction and go to the Walmart and see what's there.  It wasn't too far of a Metro (subway) ride and is in an area called Xinjiekou (pronounced shin-jake-ow).  The Metro stop is at a very high end mall.  It seems to be fashioned to look similar to Times Square (I didn't take any pictures, oops).  Walmart was still very Asian.  We found some American products.  Still couldn't find printer ink though.  Trying to get our printer going for our classes. 

These fish aren't in the pet isle.  They're for cooking up!  I didn't even consider it!

These funny guys are a mascot for the world Youth Olympics that were held here in Nanjing just prior to our arrival.  It's been fun to see all the pictures all over town.  This one was near Walmart.
